Purifying Solutions intends to process and ship most orders within 48 hours.. Any product which is temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
 
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and shown on your order form at check-out.
 
Regular delivery within North America typically runs 3 to 5 business days.
 
Customer assumes responsibility for any duties, brokerage charges and taxes which may be levied on imported products. North American shipments are typically duty-free.
 
Return Policy
 
For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, Purifying Solutions will accept returns of merchandise and consider refunds according to the following conditions:
 
1) Unused systems with filters in original, unopened packaging - we will refund the purchase price less a 10% restocking charge upon receipt of merchandise.
No returns accepted on international orders.
 
2) Defective products - we will refund the full purchase price upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.
NOTE 1: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
NOTE 2: Duties related to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Return Procedures:
 
1) Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at purifyingsolutions@comcast.net or by faxing our customer service department.
 
2) Pack your product well and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We cannot accept any returns without the RMA number on the outside of the box. Please be sure system has been cleaned before shipping.
